Dieting is something many of us do from time to time - most people who diet do have a responsible attitude towards dieting however 97% of restrictive dieters eventually regain lost weight plus a bit more.
Dieting has an emotional toll. Many people diet to feel better within themselves - successful dieting creates a great feeling of accomplishment and control. However, as can be imagined, failure of personal expectations can have a negative effect on a person which in turn could lead to problems.
